Description:
The IS200TRTDH1DCB is a printed circuit board manufactured by General Electric (GE) for its Mark VI system. This resistance temperature sensor (RTD) terminal block is designed to accommodate 16 three-wire RTD inputs for convenient temperature sensing and monitoring within the system. These inputs connect to two fence-type terminal blocks to ensure safe and reliable wiring.
Mark VI is one of the last Speedtronic systems GE has released for the control of heavy-duty gas and steam industrial turbine systems. Mark VI features a graphical interface developed by GE called CIMPLICITY. This interface is used through an operator interface, allowing direct control of Mark VI via a graphical screen. Mark VI includes software for input/output configuration and monitoring. It also provides signal management and signal trend analysis capabilities through a control system toolbox.
Features:
To safeguard against potential disturbances, such as surgesand high-frequency nose, the inputs are equipped with buit in noise suppresion circuity. Thisfeaturehelps maintain signal integrity and accuracy, even in challenging operating environments
The terminal board communicates seamlessly with one or more l processors, which playa crucial role in converting the analog temperatureinputsinto digtalvaluesThese digital temperature readings are then transmitted to the controller for further processing and system control.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1.What is the IS200TRTDH1DCB?
It is a resistance temperature sensor terminal block developed under the GE Mark Vle series.
2.What is the excitation current provided by the terminal block for each RTD?
The terminal block provides a 10 mA DC multiplexed excitation current for each RTD. Each RTD can be grounded or ungrounded.
3.What is the maximum permissible distance between the RTD and the turbine control cabinet?
16 RTDs can be installed at a maximum distance of 300 meters (984 feet) from the turbine control cabinet.
4.How does the terminal block handle faults?
The terminal block detects open and short circuits in the RTDs and removes the faulty RTD from the scan input to prevent adverse effects on other channels. The repaired channel will automatically resume operation.
5.What is the signal sampling rate?
In normal mode scan, the AD converter samples the signal and excitation current of each RTD 4 times per second; in fast mode scan, the sampling frequency is 25 times per second.
