Description:
The Safeguard 410 consist of two identical branches. For each branch the processor module and S100 I/O cards are fitted into the same central S100 I/O sub-rack. The processor module used are named PM150V08 and has the following characteristics:
1. The CPU board contains a Motorola MC68020 processor and dynamic 8 MB read/write memory (RAM) with ECC (Error Correction Circuit). The memory houses the system software as well as the user application.
2. One slot for flash memory Program Card holding the Safeguard system software which contain the following:
a. Basic version: QC01-BAS11, QC01-LIB11, QC01-OPF11 and OC05-BAS11
b. Options available: QC01-LIB12, QC01-UDP11, QC05- CEM11, QC05-FIE01, QC05-GIS11, QC05-FIA11
3. Two CS513 sub-modules for redundant MasterBus 300 connection
4. Two RS-232-C ports dedicated for printer and MasterView 320
5. One port dedicated for connection of Advant Station 100 Series Engineering Stations
6. Two free slots for sub-modules
7. Direct access to up to 15 S100 I/O cards located in the Central S100 I/O together with the Safeguard 410 processor module
8. Direct access to Fireguard, Gasguard and Autronica addressable fire/gas detector systems.
