The rack can house one or two power supplies (any combination ofac andlor dc, with either supply capable opowering the entire rack.The second supply,ifinstaled,seres as a backup for the primany supply. When two power supplies are installed in a rack, the lower suply serves asthe primary supply and the upper supply serves as the backup suply. As longas a seond power supplyis instaled, removing or inserting either power suply module willnotdisrupt rack operation. The Power supples accept a wide range of input voltages and convert them to voltages that other 3500 modues can use. lt ensures consistent power delivery for machinery monitoring and protection.
