Description:

Vibration TQ403 has a wide sensing range from 10 Hz to 1000 Hz, capable of detecting vibrations in a variety of mechanical equipment and structural materials. The device can monitor vibrations from different sources, covering the common operating frequencies of a variety of industrial machines. As a high-sensitivity 100 mV/g instrument, it can sense tiny vibrations very reliably. The special ability to detect subtle changes in vibration levels at an early stage will help predict equipment problems or abnormal performance. It has an accuracy of ±5% within the specified range. This accuracy improves the reliability and precision of complex vibration measurements, and the resulting data can be processed accordingly for further research and feasible industrial analysis.
