The GE PACSystem RX3i IC695CRU320 redundant processor is a core component of GE Automation's high-performance programmable automation controllers (PACs). The IC695CRU320 is a redundant central processing unit (CPU) designed for industrial automation applications requiring high availability and reliability.

This CPU uses a serial backplane design and is compatible with expansion modules in the 90-30 series I/O product line (but not with mainframes). The IC695CRU320 uses Proficy Machine Edition, a development environment common to all GE Fanuc controllers. Proficy Machine Edition is designed for creating, running, and diagnosing operator interfaces, motion control, and control applications.
