The GE PACSystem RX3i IC695CRU320 redundant processor is a core component of GE Automation's high-performance programmable automation controllers (PACs). The IC695CRU320 is a redundant central processing unit (CPU) designed for industrial automation applications requiring high availability and reliability.

With its redundant architecture, the GE PACSystem RX3i IC695CRU320 enables seamless switching of control systems. When the primary processor fails, the backup processor automatically takes over control tasks, minimizing system downtime and improving productivity and equipment safety.

The IC695CRU320 boasts powerful processing capabilities, large memory capacity, and rich communication interfaces to meet the needs of various complex industrial control applications.

The IC695CRU320 features two independent serial ports and an Intel Celeron-M microprocessor. It is equipped with 64 MB of non-volatile flash memory, supplemented by 64 MB of battery-powered random access memory (RAM). It also supports local and remote rack expansion. This CPU uses a serial backplane design and is compatible with expansion modules in the 90-30 series I/O product line (but not with mainframes). The IC695CRU320 uses Proficy Machine Edition, a development environment common to all GE Fanuc controllers. Proficy Machine Edition is designed for creating, running, and diagnosing operator interfaces, motion control, and control applications.
