VM600 Monitoring System

Central Processing Unit(CPU M)
The CPU serves as the network controller and communication gateway for the VM600 system.

It manages the configuration data and communication functions for all modules.

Its advantages include:

Depending on system requirements, the CPU can be installed independently on the front of the chassis,

or it can be used in conjunction with IOC N input/output cards.
The entire chassis can be configured via Ethernet.

Condition Monitoring Card(CMC 16)
A highly intelligent data acquisition unit for condition monitoring systems.

Performs all condition monitoring functions (but does not perform machine protection functions).

Digitally processes signals using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Fully software-configurable.
CMC 16
16 channels for dynamic or static inputs.
The first 4 channels can be configured as Keyphasor inputs.
The remaining 12 channels can be configured as process variable inputs.
Supports fixed-frequency and order-tracking analysis.
Each channel features programmable anti-aliasing filters and an ADC.
Fully hot-swappable.
Features three status indicator LEDs on the front panel.

VM600 System Relay Card(RLC 16)
Optional programmable relay outputs; designed to fulfill all functional requirements when the relays on the IOC4T card are insufficient.

Mounts at the rear of the VM600 chassis.
